 Our aim is to ensure prompt delivery of your order. Upon confirmation, we usually process orders within 24 hours. Delivery times typically range from 3-7 working days, varying based on your location and product availability.

It's important to note that orders placed on Sundays and Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the following working day. During peak shopping periods or high demand situations, there might be delays in delivery.

Order Confirmation

We operate from Monday to Saturday during regular business hours, with the exception of national holidays. On these holidays, the warehouse remains closed, but we employ measures to mitigate any potential delays in shipments during these periods.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you notice that a parcel has been damaged during transit, we recommend rejecting the parcel from the courier if possible. Subsequently, please contact our customer service team for assistance. If the parcel has been delivered in your absence and you discover damage later, please also reach out to our customer service team for further guidance.
